14.2 THE VALIDITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, INCLUDING ITS CONFLICTS OF LAW RULES. ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS OF FLORIDA AND THE UNITED STATES, RESPECTIVELY, SITTING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
