Of course, the first step was to get labwork done because any responsible medical practitioner wants to have a baseline in terms of levels/health. My blood work indicated that I was indeed a prime candidate for TRT, so I was scheduled for an appointment with one of their doctors and we came up with an initial 10-week game plan which has definitely helped. After completing the ten weeks and getting the additional required labs, I was able to work with the doctor to fine-tune my program and further address my needs! All of my questions and concerns are always answered/addressed in a timely fashion and in a professional manner. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and commitment to my continued health! Salute!EDIT: As they've grown (as is usually the case), they seem to be less customer-focused and more concerned about money. For example, if you call and they are "overwhelmed" with calls, you now get an EMAIL back instead of a CALLBACK....which directly contradicts what is said on the prerecorded message when you call. Secondly (and I was very disappointed in this), I have had issues with their delivery service (FedEx) with my last couple of packages. I reached out to them to address this issue with FedEx, but was ultimately told that "nothing could be done because I know things that they are not privy to..." which is a HORRIBLE excuse. How about asking me for documentation? Or calling FedEx and verifying the complaint(s), since I reached out to FedEx FIRST? Instead of telling me to go back to FedEx, who is providing me with ZERO answers, which is why I contacted you in the first place.
